What are your operating hours?
To ensure you receive full support during your time with us, our core business hours are structured as follows:
Standard Operating Hours: Our facilities and administrative support are fully active from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Public Holidays: Please note that our office and workspace will be closed if an official public holiday falls on a weekday.
Inquiries & Assistance: Any administrative requests, front-desk services, or booking inquiries will be promptly handled during these standard weekday hours.
Is it quiet enough to make phone calls or do focused work?
Yes. Our Co-Working Space is designed to provide a quiet and professional environment for focused work.
To ensure a comfortable workspace for all members, meetings, video calls, and lengthy phone calls are not permitted in the open co-working area. If you need to conduct a meeting or join a video call, we recommend booking one of our Meeting Rooms for a private and distraction-free experience.
Are utilities like electricity and cleaning included in the price?
Yes. Your membership is all-inclusive, so there are no hidden charges for essential office facilities.
The membership fee includes high-speed internet, electricity, water, air conditioning, and daily cleaning of the common areas. We take care of the day-to-day facility management, allowing you to focus on your work and business without worrying about office maintenance.
