How it works
Can I do an online conference if I take a Day Pass? If so, can I use a room?
The Hot Desk Area is a shared open workspace designed for focused individual work. To maintain a quiet and professional environment for all members, phone calls and online conferences are not permitted in this area.
If you need to join an online meeting or conduct a conference call, you are welcome to book one of our Executive Rooms or Meeting Rooms, subject to availability. These private spaces provide a more suitable environment for virtual meetings without interruptions.
Do I get an access card for the lift and Whitespace for day use?
Access cards for the lift and Whitespace facilities are only provided to customers who book an Executive Room for day use.
For Hot Desk Day Pass users, access is managed by our team, who will assist by opening the main entrance when needed during your visit.
Please note that lift access cards are reserved exclusively for monthly members to ensure secure and controlled access within the building.
Is printing or scanning available for Day Pass users?
Yes! Printing services are available for all Day Pass users on a pay-per-use basis. Simply approach our team if you need assistance.
