What are the access hours for the Professional Package, and can I use the space on weekends?

As a Professional Member, you will be issued a Whitespace Access Card, which allows you to use our facilities during our standard operating hours. You are welcome to use the space from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Regarding weekend access, please keep the following in mind:

Weekend Access: We do not recommend coming in on Saturdays or Sundays.

Building Security: Because Professional Members do not have a separate building lift card, you would normally need to register with the building’s ground floor receptionist. However, the building staff is not on duty during the weekend to register visitors.

Staff Availability: The Whitespace team is also away during the weekend, so there will be no one on-site to assist with entry or office services.

To ensure you have a smooth and productive experience, we encourage you to plan your work and meetings during our weekday hours!

How do the 4 hours of meeting room usage work each month, and do unused hours carry over?

Every month, your account is credited with 4 hours of meeting room usage. These hours are designed to help you host clients, collaborate with your team, or have a quiet space for important calls.

Here is how the timing and credits work:

Monthly Allocation: Your 4 hours are available to use from the first day of the month until the last day of the month.

The Reset Policy: At the start of every new month, your meeting room balance resets to 4 hours.

No Carry Forward: Please note that any hours you do not use by the end of the month will expire. They cannot be carried forward or “rolled over” to the next month.

To get the most out of your membership, we recommend booking your sessions early in the month to ensure you utilize your full 4-hour benefit!

Is the coworking space based on fixed seating, or is it a hot desking setup?

Whitespace co-working space is designed as a hot desk area, which offers you the flexibility to choose where you work each day. Rather than having one specific desk assigned to you permanently, you have the freedom to pick any open spot that is available when you arrive.

Here is how the seating works:

First-Come, First-Served: All desks in the co-working zone are available based on arrival time. You are welcome to choose any unoccupied desk that is open.

No Fixed Seating: Because this is a shared and flexible environment, we do not offer permanent or reserved desks. This ensures that the space remains fair and accessible for all members.

General Layout: While we do not have seating directly by the windows, our space is designed to be comfortable and professional, allowing you to settle into any available desk and get straight to work.
