Where and how do I send my documents if I need to use the printing services?

We make the printing process as easy and convenient as possible for you! If you have documents, reports, or files that need to be printed, you can get them to our team using your preferred method.

You have 3 simple options to submit your files for printing:

Via WhatsApp: You can send your documents directly to our official WhatsApp number at 03-2297 3788. This is a quick and easy way to handle fast, on-the-go printing.

Via Email: For larger files or more formal requests, you can email your documents to support@mywhitespace.co.

Via USB Drive: If you prefer to walk in with your files, you may bring your USB thumb drive directly to our front desk. Whitespace team can plug it in and print the documents you need on the spot.

How it works:
Once you provide your files through any of these channels, our dedicated support team will handle the printing process for you. Simply let us know your specific requirements—such as the number of copies you need or whether they should be in black and white or color—and we will assist you with the rest.

If you have a very large printing job or special formatting needs, feel free to speak with the Whitespace team at the front desk, and we will ensure your documents are prepared exactly to your satisfaction!

Do you provide stapling or binding services for my documents?

We are happy to help you keep your documents organized! We do provide basic stationery assistance to ensure your paperwork is neat and ready for your meetings or filings.

Here are the details of what we can provide:

Stapling Services: Yes, we provide standard stapling services. If you have a few pages that need to be secured together, simply let our team know, and we will be happy to assist you upon request.

Binding Services: Please take note that we do not provide professional binding services (such as comb binding, wire binding, or thermal binding). If your project requires a bound finish, we recommend visiting a specialized printing shop nearby.

Heavy-Duty Stapling: Our tools are designed for standard office use. Because of this, we are unable to provide heavy-duty stapling for very thick documents, large manuscripts, or booklets.

Our Recommendation:
For your day-to-day office needs involving a reasonable number of pages, our team is always ready to help with a stapler. However, for large-scale presentations or thick manuals that require specialized binding, it is best to have those prepared at a professional print center before your meeting.

What are your Typing and Typing (Formatting) services, and how do they work?

We provide professional administrative support to help you digitize, organize, and polish your documents. Whether you have handwritten notes that need to be typed out or a digital file that needs a professional makeover, we have a solution for you.

Here is a detailed breakdown of our two main services:

1. Typing Service | RM 10.00 per page
This service is for members who need physical content converted into a digital format or need assistance with physical paperwork.

What we do: Our team will manually type out content from your provided materials—such as handwritten notes or printed documents—into a clean digital file. We can also assist in manually filling out physical forms via handwriting if required.

Important Requirement: To ensure the highest accuracy, all source materials you provide must be clear and legible.

Disclaimer: Whitespace is not responsible for any errors or misinformation resulting from source materials that are blurry, unclear, or difficult to read.

Turnaround Time: Depending on the complexity and volume of the task, this can take anywhere from 30 minutes to one full business day or more.

2. Typing (Formatting) Service | RM 5.00 per page
This service focuses on the professional presentation, structure, and file type of your digital documents.

Professional Editing: We help edit and organize your documents to ensure they are well-structured and look professional. We can follow your specific preferences or use a reference sample you provide.

File Conversion & Resizing: We can convert files between different formats (e.g., PDF to Word, Excel to PDF) or resize files to meet specific requirements. Please check with the Whitespace team for your specific needs.

Note on Formatting: When a document is converted (especially from PDF to Word), the layout often shifts automatically. Whitespace is not responsible for these automatic layout changes.

Fixing the Layout: To ensure a converted file looks exactly like your original document, you will need to add the Formatting Service on top of the conversion fee.

Our Process:
To ensure you only pay for what you need, we will send you the converted document first. This allows you to check if the automatic formatting is acceptable to you. If you decide the document needs professional adjustment, we will seek your explicit permission and approval before proceeding with the paid formatting service.

Example Calculation:
If you have a 5-page document that needs to be converted and then professionally formatted to ensure the layout is perfect:

Document Conversion Fee: RM 5.00 (Flat fee for the conversion process)

Formatting Service: RM 25.00 (5 pages × RM 5.00)

Total Cost: RM 30.00
