What is included in the “Access Card (4 sets / 24H access)” and how does it work?

This means that your team will be provided with 4 complete sets of access cards to ensure smooth and easy entry to your workspace. Each set is designed to get you from the ground floor all the way to your desk without any hassle.

Each of the 4 sets includes:

Building Access Card: This card allows you to pass through the main building security and use the lifts.

Whitespace Access Card: This card grants you entry into our specific office suite.

True 24/7 Flexibility:
Unlike other packages that are limited to standard business hours, these cards provide your team with 24-hour access, 7 days a week. Whether you need to stay late to finish a project, come in early for a global call, or drop by over the weekend, you have the total freedom to enter the premises whenever you need to.

Since you have your own building lift cards, you do not need to worry about the building reception being closed—you are in full control of your own schedule!

Important Note on Air Conditioning:
Please keep in mind that the building uses a centralized air conditioning system. The air conditioning operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside of these hours and on weekends, the central AC will not be running.

Is the 24/7 access truly unrestricted, including weekends and public holidays?

Yes, absolutely! When we say 24/7 access, we mean that the workspace is available to you every single day of the year. This includes all Saturdays, Sundays, and even Public Holidays.

As long as you have your set of access cards (the Building Access Card and the Whitespace Access Card), you have the total freedom to enter and use your office whenever you need to, regardless of the time or day. This setup is perfect for teams with flexible schedules or those who need to work according to different time zones.

A Note on Comfort (Air Conditioning):
While you are free to access the space at any time, please be aware of the building’s centralized air conditioning schedule. To help you plan your work sessions comfortably, please note:

AC Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Outside These Hours: The central air conditioning is turned off during the evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays.

If you choose to work during these off-peak times, the space remains fully accessible and powered, but the climate control will not be active.

Is the locker included private and secure? What size is it?

Yes, your security and convenience are our top priorities. Each locker unit is designed to provide a dedicated and safe place for you to store your personal belongings, equipment, or work materials, giving you peace of mind while you are away from your desk.

Here are the specific details regarding the privacy and size of our lockers:

Security and Privacy: Every locker unit consists of 3 separate compartments. For your security, each individual locker is secured with its own physical key. This ensures that your items remain private and protected at all times, and only you have access to your assigned space.

Locker Dimensions: To help you plan what you can store, all compartments are the same size. Each locker measures approximately:

Width: 50 cm
Height: 38 cm
Depth: 39 cm

Ample Space: These dimensions are typically perfect for storing laptop bags, thick document folders, or personal items that you would prefer not to carry back and forth every day.

Availability and Viewing:
Please be aware that lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of this, we are unable to reserve specific lockers in advance.
